One day, Jonny Boatfield picked up a rollerball pen and a roll of computer paper, and started drawing an audition of animals for a children's book, beginning in his own back garden and stretching out to strange places and the mysterious 'Forbidden Door'. The enormous work finally stretched across 16 sheets of paper, beautifully detailed, comical, and brimming full of imagination. It's impossible to reproduce it all here, but below are some details from it, to give you a taste of a marvellous piece of work.
